Answer: If you have a PhoCheck Tiger, PhoCheck+ or FirstCheck/ FirstCheck+ instrument you can upgrade the firmware using the free Ion Science software supplied with your instrument. To discuss all other upgrades please contact the team on info@shawcity.co.uk
