Conditions of entry

1. By entering the online free prize draw, you agree to the provisions of these terms and conditions and to comply fully with them.
2. You must be 18 and over to enter the draw
3. The online survey free prize draw is open to UK residents aged 12 or over excluding employees of Shawcity Limited, their families, agents, affiliates, or anyone involved in running the online survey free prize draw.
4. Only Submissions on or before the closing date will only be accepted.
5. Only one entry per person is permitted.
6. Only complete entries will be accepted. Shawcity Limited accept no responsibility for any entries that are lost, incomplete, illegible, corrupted or fail to reach us by the closing date for any reason. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.
7. By entering the online free prize draw you confirm to Shawcity Limited that all information submitted by you is correct and that you have complied fully with these terms and conditions. Shawcity reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants.

The competition

8. The winner will be drawn at random by an independent person from all complete entries received before the closing date.

The prize

There will be one prize. The winner of the free prize draw will win the stated prize.

9. The winner will be notified by telephone or email. The name of the winner will be published on: www.shawcity.co.uk, as well as our monthly newsletter and social networking sites following the completion of the draw.

10. The winner will be sent the prize to the designated address. If the winner cannot be traced by telephone or email within 2 weeks of the draw the prize will be allocated to another draw in the future.

11. The prize is non-transferable and the winner cannot request any alternative prize (cash or otherwise).

12. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Shawcity Limited reserves the right to (a) substitute the prize with an alternative; and (b) cancel, modify, extend or suspend the online survey free prize draw.

13. Shawcity Limited reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time on giving notice through its website: www.shawcity.co.uk

Data protection

14. By entering the free prize draw, you consent to the use of your personal data by Shawcity limited for the purposes of administration of the online free prize draw (including publishing your name if you are the winner) and any other purposes to which you have consented.

General

15. The judge's decision will be final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.

16. All entries become the property of Shawcity Limited and will not be returned.

17. You agree that if you are the winner, you will take part in and cooperate fully with reasonable publicity and to the use of your name in such publicity.
