Fixed Service Delivery Coordinator
The Fixed Service Delivery Coordinator role supports the Fixed Systems team by ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of gas detection services. Reporting to the Head of Fixed Service Delivery, the role acts as a central link between management, field engineers, customers and administration.
Key responsibilities include coordinating schedules, managing service records, supporting engineers, maintaining clear communication, and ensuring QA and service processes are followed to improve operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have at least three years’ experience in an operational or coordination role within a technical or engineering environment, strong administrative and communication skills, and experience working with field-based teams. Familiarity with QA processes, service workflows, and systems such as SAP or HubSpot is desirable.
